Outfittery
Europe's biggest personal shopping service
Outfittery is the leader online service of personal shopping for men in Germany.
As a multidisciplinary and senior designer in house, I was responsible for UX/UI design for the marketing website and Web App, illustration and support of art direction supervising the graphic team.
The Challenge
In a startup with limited resources and small IT capacity, we needed to improve the UI/UX in a tight schedule and fast turnaround pace.
Some of our focus was: bringing the web app to a mobile-first approach, improve the onboarding funnel to increase the conversion rate, creation of a new user dashboard, and pushing the UI with a new UI library, illustrations and icon set.
The UX Process
I worked closely with the product manager of Outfittery to bring the user experience to the next level.
We created new iterations and features of the app that we tested and validated with user interviews in our offices.
UI Design
We created new illustrations, icon set, UI library and Style guide that let us upgrade the brand design and improve the consistency across all channels (product, marketing, corporate material, ...)
